A condo bin rental starts with the building, not the bin
Most buildings restrict the hours a truck can be at the dock, require the service elevator to be booked, and want a certificate of insurance on file before anyone turns up. None of that is difficult, but all of it takes a few days.
So condo bookings need more notice than a driveway bin. Two or three days is usually enough, and we will work directly with building management on the dock window if you would rather not be in the middle of it.
Bulk days are the other pattern: a building sets a weekend for residents to clear out, and a bin sits in the visitor bay with a swap arranged partway through. That is closer to property management in how it is priced, and junk removal handles anything residents cannot carry down.

How It Runs
Four steps to a bin at the building dock
Name the building
We work to its dock hours, elevator rules and insurance requirements.
Reserve the window
With management directly if you prefer. Two to three days is usually enough.
Placed and serviced
At the dock or the visitor bay, cleared before the window closes.
Swapped or collected
Mid-weekend on a bulk day, or once the unit is empty.
Move-Out Waste
What comes out of a unit, and the prohibited items
Furniture, mattresses, carpet, shelving, boxes and the whole contents of a storage locker go in the bin without any trouble. So do kitchen fittings and flooring from a unit strip-out.
Paint from a locker, electronics, and any air conditioner or fridge still holding refrigerant do not. On a bulk day this is worth telling residents in advance, because a single television left in the bin becomes a separate disposal charge on the building's invoice.
A short notice on the bin, or in the building circular, prevents nearly all of it. The prohibited items list is written to be readable by residents, and what we take is the positive version.
